Eligibility:
1.1 The NorthSite Store $150 Gift Voucher Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older.
Competition Period:
2.1 The Competition begins on Thursday 9th November at 12:00 PM and ends on Thursday 7th December at 11:59 PM (the “Competition Period”).
How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must follow these steps: a. Visit the NorthSite Store website/newsletter email/socials platform. b. Complete the feedback survey with accurate and complete information. c. Submit the feedback form.
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize:
4.1 The prize consists of a $150 AUD NorthSite Store gift voucher.
4.2 The gift voucher must be redeemed within the calendar year 2023.
4.3 The gift voucher is only valid for purchases made on the NorthSite Store.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within 2 days after the Competition Period ends.
5.3 If the selected winner does not respond within 2 days, a new winner will be chosen.
Prize Redemption:
6.1 To redeem the gift voucher, the winner must: a. Visit or call the NorthSite Store and select items for purchase. b. The gift voucher value will be deducted from the total purchase price.
6.2 The gift voucher cannot be used to cover shipping costs or taxes.
6.3 The gift voucher may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
General Conditions:
7.1 NorthSite Store reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
7.2 NorthSite Store reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Competition at any time, for any reason.
7.3 By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of NorthSite Store, which are final.
Personal Information:
8.1 All personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the Feedback Survey/Competition and will not be shared with third parties.
Governing Law:
9.1 The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
